What we collect

Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, place, education, preferred destination and message.
Job applications: your name, email, phone number, place, qualification, experience and resume.
WhatsApp, calls and emails: what you choose to tell us.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. The office map loads Google Maps only if you click “Show the map”; Google's own privacy policy then applies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and counsel you about studying abroad (with your consent, given on the form).
To consider your job application.
To meet legal obligations.

We don't sell your data. Enquiries are stored in our student-management system (AbroadOps), which processes them for us under contract. With your agreement, we share the details needed with universities, banks or visa services you ask us to apply to.

Students under 18

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should fill in our forms or confirm their consent; we will ask for that before we process your details.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are helping you and then for a limited period, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent at any time, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to info@goldenglobeoverseas.com. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
